Once the doors opened to the clinic I was dismayed to see used Kleenex on the waiting room floor...left there from 2 days ago as clinic was closed yesterday. The recycling box was overflowing. The room I was shown to had garbage pail filled to the top. Blood pressure cuff on the floor & otoscope ear pieces on the floor. Not impressed by Dr. who went through the motion of listening to my chest -it as so quick that I did not get a chest to inhale or exhale. I am a RN -hope never to return.
