My Hyundai Tucson 2013 had the ABS light on after receiving a recall letter TBAR0246 - ANTI-LOCK BRAKE SYSTEM (ABS) MODULE (INTERIM - RECALL REMEDY NOT YET AVAILABLE) They charged me $3000 to fix it or trade-in at $1000!! This is really terrible and unbelievable. I lost trust and will no longer deal with Hyundai with this disappointment due to this total loss

I purchased my Tucson at this location in 2016. Everything was amazing until I drove off the lot. I purchased the extended warranty that included free oil changes. A huge selling feature for me! I didn't get those because apparently they were only valid at that location and I had moved out of the area. Also, part of that agreement so I just found out from Hyundai Canada was I only had 30 days it's expiry to claim the $1900 refund. No contract was supplied despite my request outlining these term

Poor organization and customer service. I really felt like I was a burden and not a customer once the deal fell through because the wrong car was ordered. Just left a sour taste in my mouth.

My elderly father purchased his second vehicle in five years from this dealership. It was supposed to come with winter tires. It did not. They told him to come back for the tires later. They were sold out. He came back at the time the dealership said -- drove 45 minutes through a snowstorm to be there -- only to wait for an hour and a half and then be told the tires were no longer there. And to come back another time. Nothing offered for his troubles, time wasted, etc.

This is by far the worst after sale customer service. The service center always mixes up appointments and last winter they lost my tires. This time, they forgot to fix an electrical issue with my car and my car has been with them for almost a week now and they still haven’t touched it ! On top of that, they made me feel like it was my fault that they forgot about my car ?!?? Worst service ever, it’s so bad we are thinking of selling both of our Hyundai cars to avoid dealing with them.
