Worst doctor in Toronto. No care for patients at all. AVIOD AT ALL COST. WASTE OF TIME

Wow, what a nightmare of an experience just getting through to reception. They obviously have all calls go directly to voice mail and then determine if they want to call you back. I've been calling since Aug 26 to make an appt at the referral of the ER dr. Well, the receptionist finally called me back this afternoon, after trying 4 different times. When I was referred to Dr. Lee Choi I did a lookup and was somewhat concerned with the negative feedback from patients. Knowing that most doctors see thousands of patients and for the most part only negative feedback is submitted I was not that concerned. So I saw Dr. Kenneth Lee Choi and found him to be a very competent and experienced doctor that addressed and diagnosed my issue - spend time to explain the condition and what to monitor. Dr. Choi seems competent and confident in his job but I was disappointed in my overall experience with him. I have had 3 different diagnosis's by 3 different Dr.'s re. my issue and its been several years I have been seeking resolution. Dr. Choi. made an immediate assumption based on a brief look, I was given no real opportunity to explain and no examination was performed. If he had been thorough he would have realized what I'm dealing with, guess he wasn't the one to finally help me!
