The good: The Hyg...

The good: The Hygienist is pretty awesome, nice staff, good service. The Bad: Get a second opinion!!! Had 6 teeth lined up for work 3 years ago. Went to a dentist who works with silver (amalgam), did x-rays.. nothing needed work. This was 3 years ago. Same story with my wife and daughter. My wife still goes for cleanings.

Great dentist with excellent customer service

Dr. Miriam Bernacer has been my family dentist for almost 10 years now. She provides a personal touch and caring attitude to her patients. Her hands are always gentle when she performs her tasks. Her staff are well-trained, very accommodating, cheerful and respectful. They always provide excellent customer service and assistance. My whole family, including my daughter-in-law, are all Dr. Bernacer's patients. We are all satisfied with the dental care we have received so far. I strongly recommend Dr. Bernacer to any new patient.

Good and BAD experience with this clinic

BAD: 1) I am schedule for root canal procedure at 5:15pm, I file an undertime request from my office to accommodate this schedule. I left my office at 4:30pm, the usual travel time to the clinic is only 30 mins. So I expect to arrive there at 5:00pm. Due to heavy traffic, I arrive late "5:28pm", therefore I am 13 mins late. And they cancel my appointment. It's a horrible experience, because I lost a money on my under time. 2) My last appointment with them they were late for 45 mins. I was waiting for them in the clinic for 45 mins (but it's fine to me). Why it is ok for them to be very late and not ok for a paying customer to be late? HORRIBLE. 3) They don't do root canal service on saturday, it is usually done on weekdays "Not too friendly for a working people...like me" Good: 1) Well, I like the "hygienist" her name is Marina (I guess), she's very friendly. And she did clean my teeth well.
