He genuinely likes to help people and has helped me on many occasions. My car overheated in Port Perry and CAA had it towed for me all the way from Port to Scarborough and the tow truck driver even knew Roland from their younger days. One word: WOW. If I could give more stars, I would. I am very particular about who touches my car, and how they do their work (I keep a watchful eye over people). Needless to say I'm not very trusting of every mechanic or any person in the auto industry. Every single person who touched my car, did so with care.
