We were driving through Spencerville when our brakes suddenly stopped working normally. We crawled into C & C Spencerville Automotive. Chris kindly popped our car onto the lift and quickly assessed that the dripping liquid meant a brake line failure. We got lucky with the timing and they were able to start working on it right away. Chris had the line replaced in less than an hour. Everyone was polite and kind. Fast quality service and at a great price. Thanks guys.

My front passenger window became stuck in the DOWN position, and could not get it raised after several attempts. Upon nearing Spencerville, I drove to this location. After a brief chat, Colin (and son Chris) assured me they would try their best effort at correcting the problem. After finishing servicing a vehicle in the garage, it was my vehicle's turn to be assisted. It was about 15 minutes later that everything was made road-worthy again...and I was on my way again. Our day was made complete by attending the Bon Jovi concert in Ottawa...absolutely great show!! Thank you Colin & Chris for helping me when I needed it most! PS: The last time I was in Spencerville was almost 40 years ago...playing hockey at one of the areas indoor rinks.
