Outstanding result , and very friendly staff! Strongly recommend for Invisalign treatment, best quality at best prices- how could you beat that?
Very unhappy about this place. About the staff part, be prepared to not even see the dentist (who also is not one with school about straightening teeth, just usual dentist). You see different people at different times, that change at each appointment what the previous one had done; not helpful at all or comforting when you spend so much money and fall into everyones but the dentists hands. How can this be allowed? Regarding punctuality, same 1 star, my appointments got rescheduled many times
Great deal on Invisalign Treatment. Much cheaper here than at other dentists. Customer service is not ideal. I just finished my treatment and met with Dr. Marika twice during my 11 months there. E-mails were lost , messages not returned. Communication was subpar. The product really works , I recommend Invisalign to anyone! If you're looking for someone who can build rapport with and walks you through your treatment , don't go here! You get passed off all the time. YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR.
My experience at this dental office was horrible. They only care about your money. I've completed my invisalign treatment here. I've only met with Dr. Marika twice, she seems to always be in a rush. Whenever I come in, I always have to wait 10-30 minutes more than my scheduled appointment. When it's finally my turn, I only meet with the staffs to pick up my trays and leave. I wouldn't recommend this place, the results/service aren't the best as she is a general dentist. You get what you pay for.

I am a dentist myself . So can appreciate the knowledge and dedication Dr.Marika is demonstrating in her practice . Have completed Invisalign treatment and am currently thinking to start implementing it in my practice with Dr.Marika's guidance . What else can I say... ortho fees are very high and all orthodontists delegate a lot of work to their hygienists, its a standard of practice . I first started coming to see Dr. Marika for general dental stuff but soon after decided to do invisalign. I saw many orthodontists who told me that I needed jar surgery to fix my teeth but I was always skeptical to follow through because it is such a serious procedure. Dr. Marika is a very conservative practioner and she assured me that surgery was not the preffered corse of action and she could fix my teeth using invisalign. 2 years has passed since that day and I am forever indebted to her. My invisalign treatment plan has been delayed twice now because of the incompetence of the staff. The first time it was delayed by 3 weeks because the dental hygienist "forgot" to call me to let me know that there was a problem with my dental impressions and they needed to be re-done. The second time they "lost" my appointment time from their records so I had to reschedule (delay of 2 weeks). If I hadn't already paid for the treatment (mandatory), I would never go back.
