Hôtel bien situer...

Hôtel bien situer prêt d'Ottawa, personnel serviable et courtois, mais malheureusement, la chambre étais taché et douteuse! On nous a changer de chambre et je n'arrive pas a savoir si c'était égal ou pire... Lit trop petit, même pour une personne... Décevant ... Je ne recommande pas du tout cette hôtel! Avoir su se qui m'attendais j'aurai payer plus chère pour coucher ailleurs!

A decent and nice hotel

Although the hotel was undergoing renovations and looked like a run-down apartment building (also was in a sort of ""ghetto"" neighbourhood), the hotel was actually quite decent and nice inside. It looked like a hotel at least. The front desk staff were pleasant and friendly. I liked the fact that they didn’t charge for parking (which if we would have stayed on the other side of the bridge in downtown Ottawa, they would have). There was just a lot of construction going on and at times was very noisy (if you opened the room window/balcony). The staff were very accommodating. Room was always cleaned well and washroom was fine (only complaint is the hot water in the shower was a bit weird -- kept changing from hot to cold on some of the days). Overall it was quite a decent hotel for the price. I wouldn’t mind staying here again if I can’t get anything cheaper/similar quality downtown.

location is pretty good close to shops and some nice part of the city.gr8 air conditioner system.confortable beds.

Best location in Ottawa

This hotel is very well located. Even better than Ottawa downtown because from the hotel you get a marvelous view of the downtown and the parliament across the river. Just cross the bridge and you are there. In addition, the Canadian National Museum is just around the corner. The hotel isn’t new and it isn’t lavish either. But is very clean, has renovated bathrooms, and comfortable beds. For the price (it was the lowest priced 3 star in Expedia) it is an excellent choice!
