I would recommend that your service technician come out and actually speak to the customer when the job is finished! I had questions that weren’t answered and your front service lady did not offer to help me resolve it either! She answered with a I don’t know ? So I would have liked to have talked to the technician regarding my question.

Exceptional staff! I have nothing but great things to say about the staff at West Grande Prairie Dental. The front end staff are extremely helpful and good with explaining procedures/ helping book appointments in a pinch (especially Ataya). The dentists/hygienists/assistants are professional and friendly! Highly recommend!

T - 30°C, my car refused to start at the Superstore parking lot. I called AMA for assistance and they sent in Clarence of Flynn Towing. He was so nice and very understanding. Although the car did not start after boosting he offered to wait for the flat bed truck to deliver the car to AutoTrac - prevent any damage from very bumpy roads due to snow drift and poor snow clearing. Next day, car was towed by very professional ladies from Flynns. Towing service was excellent throughout.

I would like to say Thank You to Nathan for visiting my home and checking what i thought might a moisture issue in my basement.I called Peace Building Inspections to come and have a look. Nathan answered the call and was here only a couple days later. Although thinking i was crazy and maybe over protective he checked ever corner and filled me knowledge with respects to basements and moisture. Absolutely the best service ever! It had been several years since we had our ducts cleaned, but Fred went above and beyond what past cleaners had done. We are grateful in so many ways because we could have had a fire because of all the soot. The past cleaners didn't pull out the blower and motor to clean and inspect like Fred did. Fred even pulled out original plaster, wood and cable from when the house was built in '56. The past cleaners should have caught this over the years. Thank you!

I have recently found these guys after searching for a place that actually cares, unlike other places (ALL local big name stores shall remain unmentioned), and will now not go anywhere else. These guys are the best. They treat you more like a family then a customer and are always willing to spend the time to talk to you and let you browse. They have the best selection of any place that I have gone and they always try to bring what they can as often as they can. No regrets going here.
