I called for service regarding my kitchen sink and was happy when told Jeff F. would be the plumber on the call. It has been 5 years or so since he has been out. Jeff is very polite, he even noticed I had a different vehicle. During this pandemic time, I had not concerns, Jeff took every prevention to make me feel at ease. He was thorough and listened to all my concerns and did not try to sell me something I did not need. I can always depend on this trustworthy company.

All of the staff at this clinic are excellent. They are very compassionate and understanding of each patient's level of ability throughout their recovery, and provide not only the appropriate exercises, but the much needed emotional support as well. As an older adult, customer service is very important to me. I have been flying RC airplanes for a few years. The Sport Cub has SAFE and is a great plane to learn on. I decided to try something more challenging. I found the new transmitter very confusing. Well Hobby Hobby walked me through the controls, and now I'm ready to fly. They were very helpful and patiently answered my questions. Their service is the best in Mississauga, and I'm a customer forever.

I am 65 years old and wanted a mini coop.. i hooked up with Chris. Best service i have ever had.. i live 2 hours away and was nervous about driving that far and he offered to drive the car to my house to see it.. Who does that.. 1 am hearing impaired and he spent 1/2 hour on the phone with my insurance company as i couldnt hear on the phone.. again never met a car salesman that did that.. i had other vehicles i wanted to see as well but purchased from chris.. its the place to go for sure

My wife accidentally cracked a casement window with a watering can, while watering some flowers (obv). City sent someone out to measure and order the custom window. When it came in they installed it. They did exactly what they are supposed to do. Install the window properly, efficiently, with professionalism and at a reasonable cost. I am very happy that the window matches the existing, doesn't leak, opens and closes properly, and everything else it should do.
