Had an issue with using an online gift card to make an in-store purchase here. The problem seemed unsolvable... But Brittany and Katrina's customer service were second to none!!! They worked relentlessly and were determined to provide the best service possible for their customer (me). I had a great experience yesterday The lady that helped me was named Yvonne and she couldnt have been more helpful. My 18 month old son wears an AFO and I've been having a hard time trying to find a shoe that would accommodate it. Yvonne was more than willing to help me out and gave me advice based on her own personal experience. Great selection of shoes for the ENTIRE family! The staff were extremely helpful and amazing with my kids. I also love the BOGO sale in August to get all the back to school shoes for the kids (indoor and outdoor shoes for them can add up but one pair at 50% off is huge with 3 kids!). I was also impressed with the ladies fashion selection with trending brands such as Michael Kors, Steve Madden, Ellen Degeneres and Fit Flop. A woman named Lee helped us and she was great! Lire plus
