Staff at this store are very helpful, with a no-nonsense approach to advice regarding food and best products for your dog. Pets on leashes are welcomed warmly, and staff even assist with carrying out those huge bags of food to your vehicle!

I just got a new kitten and needed to get supplies. I didn't really know where to go till I came across this store online. I went right away and was so happy I made the trip into Oak Bay. They have an amazing selection of cat & dog toys, accessories and supplies. I definitely will be coming back here once she grows up a little more. So far this is the best privately owned pet store I have found in Victoria.
