I was very impressed with the service I received when I called and when I went to get the part I required, I was greeted in a very friendly manner. The young man who brought the part out was very friendly and helpful, even made sure the part was right for my vehicle.
Pricing was the best around.
I would recommend them to anyone and will contimue to shop there for any future needs.

Once again I have need of a truck rental. Last year I approached Cheryl McRoberts at the 170 Barton St E office and she went over and above my expectations! I was totally blown away at the timely, efficient and exceptional honesty she handled my truck rental start to finish. She completely took all of my worries away and I was able to concentrate on my business. What a great experience today. I missed the last minute beeper in the coin wash and ran out of time. The owner was cleaning the wash stall next to me and saw that I ran out of time. Not only did he finish rinsing my car, the showed me a product I would have never tried as I didn't know what it was for. He spent the time (and his money) to rainX my car with fantastic results. Great car wash and fantastic customer service.

My husband and I are from Georgia , our 2015 Impala engine light came on and of course we panicked being here in Canada. We went to the dealer on Upper James and was truly impressed at the fast service and the incredibly knowledgeable wonderful woman at the desk. She gave us directions to places to eat nearby while the car was being serviced asking if we needed a shuttle, also offered us coffee or tea . My husband asked questions which she quickly responded with kindness and actual concern. ty
