Really great service and food. we went in with a group of 11(9adult and 1child and 2babies). They handled everything awesome. My child spilled his milk and the server was there in a sec with a cloth and new milk. Thank you for a great dinner out!

BCAA helped connect me with Cody at Western Auto Wreckers & Towing for a tow out of a ditch on a forest service road. They went out of their way, literally out of their catchment, to help when others couldn't. Cody had exceptional communication skills and worked with me to coordinate details. We just moved to Trail last year and fell in love with the people of the West Kootenays. Especially the peoe at Canadian Tire in Trail! Veryhelpful and educated abroad. If he doesn't know, he'll get you the answer, is the approach at this location. It's a "very fresh and youthful looking store, with youthful and energetic energy through the store. Very involved with the local community. A true Canadian business model.

This shop is top-notch! I've had my retro 1978 VW bus serviced by them multiple times and have always been very satisfied by the quality of their service and the final price at the end of the day. They clearly have a very skilled team of mechanics working at this shop who are dedicated to helping their clients the best they can.
My last service was time-sensitive and this shop got all the work done in time and at a very reasonable price! Highly recommend this shop if you're in Nelson

The service is fine in the bank, it's the lack of parking around this bank that's a nightmare. Driving around and around 20 -30 times just to get a spot is crazy. If your lucky you can find a spot with a 10 to 15 minute walk, but then by the time you get your business done, you may have a parking ticket, as the meters are only for 15 minutes intervils. I am sure I'm not the only person out there that finds this frustrating.

I took my vehicle here to have my muffler inspected. Got a proper diagnoses and some honest advice that resulted in no fix being necessary at this time. A lot of mechanics might've taken advantage of my situation but they were 100% honest and did what was best for my vehicle. To top it off, they didn't charge me a dime! I definitely recommend these guys.
