I took my vehicle here to have my muffler inspected. Got a proper diagnoses and some honest advice that resulted in no fix being necessary at this time. A lot of mechanics might've taken advantage of my situation but they were 100% honest and did what was best for my vehicle. To top it off, they didn't charge me a dime! I definitely recommend these guys.

They went out of their way, literally out of their catchment, to help when others couldn't. Cody had exceptional communication skills and worked with me to coordinate details. We hired their wheelchair accessible Taxi to transport a family member. We made the first reservation the day before; the taxi arrived at the set time. The next time we required their services we made the reservation two hours prior to the desired pickup time. Despite the ice and snow both days, both drivers respectfully and patiently picked up and transferred their wheelchair-bound client safely to and from the requested destinations. We are grateful Castlegar Taxi offers this service.

The service is fine in the bank, it's the lack of parking around this bank that's a nightmare. Driving around and around 20 -30 times just to get a spot is crazy. If your lucky you can find a spot with a 10 to 15 minute walk, but then by the time you get your business done, you may have a parking ticket, as the meters are only for 15 minutes intervils. I am sure I'm not the only person out there that finds this frustrating.

This shop is top-notch! I've had my retro 1978 VW bus serviced by them multiple times and have always been very satisfied by the quality of their service and the final price at the end of the day. They clearly have a very skilled team of mechanics working at this shop who are dedicated to helping their clients the best they can.
My last service was time-sensitive and this shop got all the work done in time and at a very reasonable price! Highly recommend this shop if you're in Nelson
