Did first ever wax at aroma on yonge st - the technician was very nice, professional, and quite skilled. She gave me a number of tips on before and after skin care and warned me that I may need to do sugaring due to my skin type in the future...im pretty sure they work partly on commission this was a big deal as it was a sacrifice on her part to the benefit of mine - not something many would do. Overall a great experience, I definitely recommend it and will be returning.

This place HAS IT DOWN! The customer service here is great- the receptionist- SUPER nice..and my go to gal is Renata-who is also super friendly, and extremely professional. She get the job done, and gets it done RIGHT. i also LOVE the products Aroma uses.

Tried couple of laser clinics using discounted coupons and I was very dissapointed.... I guess you get what you pay for. Then a friend of mine told me about this place. I was very impressed with the consultation, it was very informative and there was no selling pressure. After three treatments, I see the results and I am very happy with my choice. Arzina is a wonderful aesthetician, she is very professional and having been a customer of hers for a few months now I am glad to be going back. Anu is very nice, dedicated & attentive to details & concerns you may have about your skin. She made me feel comfortable & relax & provided me with the options of microdermabrasion & chemical peels & explained every detail about the reaction of the product & its timeline. She also called for follow up. After a few treatments, my skin is completely new, youthful & breathable. The price is very reasonable and the atmosphere, you have to experience it! I have been going to Jenn for over 6 months now and I am absolutely hooked on sugaring as my only form of hair removal. I find this method to be much more gentle than compared to waxing. Jenn offers a great space in her home that is comfortable, discreet and very professional. I highly recommend sugaring as the best form of hair removal and Jenn is just amazing and always a pleasure to see! Two great choices in one place.
