I would highly recommend Best Choice automotive. David, Josh and the entire team are excellent. Especially Josh who greets me by my name, that is truly personalized customer service! I use to go to Gateway Toyota, I felt like I was being taken advantage of. They recommended that I needed to replace my winter tires because of the tread but in the end, I found out it wasn't necessary. As a female I was concerned where to take my car for repairs. I was told Mark and the Staff at Tirecraft were trustworthy and take pride in every job, big or small. This turned out to be 100% correct.
Their complimentary shuttle is convenient, and while waiting to pick up my vehicle enjoy fresh coffee as well as a friendly smile from Management and Staff.
Five years, and many referrals later, they continue to keep their service exceptional. I won't take my vehicle anywhere else..!!

The young man who was cashing on till #1 did a terrible job packing my groceries today April 14th at about 11:30 a.m. Every jar, can ,cartons of milk and cream was laying on its side. This is a great shop that uses common sense to troubleshoot auto electrical issues. Reasonable rates for some solid service to boot! They saved me money that I couldn't afford at the time as well. They truly went above and beyond in repairing my Impala ABS and Trac Off warning light issue, a trait hard to find with the bigger repair shops these days. Thanks to the guys at Maxwell auto.. I had some work done on my car, after the dealership was done my remote start didn't work . I contacted PUSH TO START, and spoke to a very pleasant receptionist, and she told me to come in, I arrived and spoke to a very pleasant young man, he changed the battery in my starter fob and showed me how to reset my starter at no cost. A wonderful experience, I commend these young people for great customer service I received.

Taked to Tyler this morning in west end location in Edmonton.he was very informative and helpful helping me as have to remove old glue from a concrete floor in our home as had a glue down carpet so need to take glue off to level the floor out to install hardwood flooring but the guy was most helpful so anyone needing rental equipment call him he will help you like myself makes the choice easy.I am hoping anyhow!But nice when your call & get a cheerful helpful reply these days it seems.

I've been to a lot of various auto shops in my life and the service at this particular Tirecraft beats them all. Granted, I was only there to patch a flat tire, but I was quoted with a simple price and that was exactly what I paid. No surprise costs or assessments, no hassle, no trying to get me to buy all new tires. They even threw the tire back on my car, made sure my spare was full of air, and reattached the spare for me. The helpful owner of the shop, Bill Parks, even gave me some pertinent tips about car care. He says he and his son run the shop with a philosophy of honesty and educating the customer. Although you need an appointment most of the time, I highly recommend giving them a try. And they do all sorts of stuff aside from tires. "Nearly everything but transmissions," he told me.

Excellent Service. Awesome Prices. I took my van for an oil change and I asked if he could try to get my spare tire to drop down (it is under the van in the middle). I have had another shop try to get the tire down with no success, Dale was able to take the bracket apart and get my spare tire off for me. Now if I need to use it can. :)
