Craig is awesome. He’s one of those old time tradesman…have lots of parts in hand and takes pride in their work while charging a fair price. He’s worked on all my gas appliances in the last 15 years (as well as all my neighbours). Great guy. Great service. He’s a whiz at all things fireplace. I’ve seen him refurb and repair fireplaces that other gas contractors said had to be replaced since no repair was possible.

I called Triple C to come do a checkup on my heat pump when i bought my house. They were prompt, polite and got the job done quickly. They even let me know that to keep my warranty that I had to have the Heat Pump looked at once a year, which I didn't know, so they will call me back now every year to remind me to have it serviced and change the filter. They even came out to Mill Bay for me at no extra charge. Thanks guys!

The Y really does have it all. The downtown Y has a great selection of classes, a pool, tons of cardio equipment, weights etc. For adults it is definitely worth it to purchase the Membership Plus. You get use of the sauna, steam room, toiletries & towels.

We saw this company at the Cowichan Home Show and they came by to give us a quote. The salesman spent a good 2-3 hours awnsweing all of our questions about switching from baseboard to ductless. We had a few other quotes but this company was by far the most knowledgable and preofessional. We ended up going with 2 units in our home and they are working fantastic. The installers were great to deal with. We are excited for air conditioning and to hopefully save some money on our hydro bill next year

I rate her as an excellent doctor! One example was with the recent recall of the a pharmaceutical product Valsartan. She responded immediately replacing it with a brand name product, which has been excellent. Her decision was swift with positive results.
