I purchased the ADL Spa hydrotherapy tub from Aquassure Accessible Baths Kelowna in 2012 in order to treat my advanced osteoarthritis. I use it with Epsom salts as soon as I feel any joint pain or muscle tightness and have experienced very positive results. The adjustable massaging jets can be aimed directly over the painful area, and sliding smoothly in and out without any awkward bending and stretching is also a 'joint-saver.' The installation was straightforward and went without a hitch. My new tub is a very reliable and attractive addition to my bathroom. I now can perform my own hydrotherapy WITHOUT LEAVING MY HOME! On the busiest of days, two days after X-mas, I came in and was attended to immediately who was able to go right to the last item, a specific TV, and rung it up..... and delivered it to my car at the far end of the parking lot; all with the greatest cheer. While there an unexpected personal matter/phone call happened, she remained calm (I was in a full panic) & had a unique way of providing comfort and empathy at a time I needed it most. For years we went South for the winter with our 5th wheel. Always took out full insurance for truck & RV. Found out we needed an Endorsement licence because of its weight. Neither Capri Ins. nor the RV dealership told us. Had we been at fault in an accident, without an Endorsement drivers licence our insurance would likely have been null & void! BE AWARE of the fine print!

Expensive gourmet food tastes good in a slightly above-average atmosphere. The wait staff are also slightly above-average but I wouldn't call them excellent as we had one with a bit of an attitude the last time we had lunch there. Not a bad view. The food is not consistant - we've been there for 3 lunches and each time someone at the table has been disappointed, including myself, although the last time we went there it was good. The welcoming committee as you enter are friendly, although each visit I've seen wait staff hanging around this area, joking with the greeter and that's not good. I don't suggest anyone sit near the patio doors (especially if you're a senior like us) as it can be cold and the wasps are inquisative.

Amazing sevice at the front desk! Pleasant knowledgable staff! I watched them deal diplomatically and patiently with some pretty difficult people. The manager took a look and was bang on with what was wrong. Gave me an immediate guestimate which was bang on. Imagine my surprise when the mechanic came to show me what was actually wrong with my water pump.
Super impressed with every bit of service i received, the price, and the way the staff took time to explain the issues with my car. Thanks!
