We deal with the Tillicum Rona often and have been happy with their service, however we had an issue with a bathroom vanity we recently purchased and weren't getting a good response from the store. Fortunately we were lucky to be able to deal with "Shane". She not only arranged to pick up the damaged one she helped us pick out a new one an arranged delivery promptly. Rascals is such a treasure! From the moment you walk in the door you are warmly greeted and made to feel you and your business are very appreciated. My elderly mother had a new phone she needed to get a sim card for and he went out of his way to listen, was patient and addressed her directly which she appreciated, and even though nobody was sure of the server he tried his best to fix he problem, and came up with the best solution. I was very conflicted about putting my infant daugher in daycare but the teachers at the center really put my mind at ease. I feel like my daugher gets a lot of attention from them and gets to interact with the other children as well. This is good since she has no siblings at home! The rates are very reasonable for the area and the facility is always clean and tidy. They are good communicators and give me a daily report on how my daughter slept or her general mood. I walked through the toddler room one day and was really impressed by how the children were listening to the teacher, too. Overall, I feel very good about trusting this facility with the care of my baby. The only downside is the long wait list ( I had a 10 month wait for full time care) but I guess that means they are good enough to be in high demand. Lire plus
