Today I visited the store with some software issue of the laptop. I have good knowledge about microsoft PCs but was not able to resolve the issue, which was "the build in microphone was not working. My wife and son had a tire blow out on hwy 400, and after calling for her auto service she called me to ask me where to go, I was at a meeting in Newmarket and I went on the AP from Yellow Pages that was on my blackberry and found this place right away. They had the tire that she needed within two hours, and were able to accommodate me over the phone when I felt helpless in this situation.
