The The Shop was incredible to work with! I had outstanding customer service from everyone I spoke with. The showroom had beautiful samples to pick from and they were able to accomodate my timeline. I also received my quote on the same day as requested and had follow up within a few business days. I love the finished product and am beyond happy with my choice. Thank you to The Top Shop. I had a great experience with RGS!! From Matt, Leanna, Franco, and the installers! All helpful, professional and very decent to work with.
Matt was very helpful and knowledgeable in helping me choose my quartz countertops and sinks for my kitchen and two bathrooms.
They have beautiful quartz and granite to choose from. And I felt their prices were reasonable.

We had this family run business do our kitchen renos and from start to finish they did a wonderful job. Staff in their business were helpful with guiding and explains the many options. They showed up to do the job with no delays and went over and above to complete all details of the project. Kitchen and bathroom look fantastic would highly recommend them and would definitely use them again.

From meeting the sales team at the kitchener home show to final installation, we couldnt be more pleased.
