He knows allot! I always get him to do some odd jobs, for example the last thing I got him to do was get some photos off my old flip phone onto my computer. Before that I got him to convert my old tapes into CDs. He is also helpful with programs, iTunes wouldn't find my music one day but he was able to get everything back on, and quick too!

Honestly, I hate having to go buying tech. I mean I love tech but the buying experience is ALWAYS terrible. But Future shop always has it's line in service. Especially this location. Whether it maybe cellshop or Tech support, there's always someone who's willing to help. I bought my iPhone 5, had a problem with the battery and power button, replaced it super fast with my warranty there. My Sony Vaio hard drive crashed, got it replaced within 2 days! Honestly super amazing! They didn't even ask anything what I did to it. Just gave me a form saying I left my laptop with them!
Overall everyone there is amazing. A couple of people would be Jay from Sales in Computers, Brian I believe in "Connect pro (Tech support) and unfortunately I don't recall the assistant in cellshop. But even though someone specified in that department might not be there at that time. another associate from a department will help you find a suitable sales rep! Hands down amazing.

Caring, patient, and very educated staff! They are with you every step of the way, and explain things to you very clearly before asking you to make a decision. It is widely known that many service stations take advantage of women and up their prices, NOT SO JIM WHITE.If he sees, on inspection that your car doesn't need repairs, he doesn't charge for the check up. They are on Gartshore Fergus, and have a very spacious facility and parking lot. Very polite and friendly staff too..
