I find the staff very accommodating and polite. I see the doctor due to an eye problem and they make sure my prescription and appointments are at appropriate timings. I have recommended them as I was recommended to them many years ago.

On me sert très bien au centre TMO. L'accueil de Sonia est exemplaire et l'approche Ostéopathique de Mathieu Girard me convient très bien, elle donne d'excellents résultats. De plus Mathieu est calme et flegmatique, ce qui me calme moi aussi. Il continue de se perfectionner, ce qui est important. Je recommande le Centre TMO et son excellent personnel.

Shelves are always stocked- the staff are friendly- pharmacy staff are cheerful and helpful. There is only one problem - the cashier is often not available - management insists on only one cashier as they want the express machines to be used. Not convenient when I only want a lottery ticket.

By far THE BEST and DEFINITIVE pharmacy in Ottawa and I'm no rookie when it comes to pharmacies. The service is superb, kind, genuine, unique, thoughtful and truly one of a kind. Monthly scripts are filled before you even ask for them to be filled so they're ready for you as soon as you're ready for them. Scripts can be sent electronically and they deliver to you if you need your scripts delivered and do it with pride and a smile. Service is snappy and efficient, 15 mins or less. A++++++++

I recently became acquainted with Dr. Sandhu and the staff at Bayshore Optometric when I needed a new pair of glasses. I would say the service they provide is outstanding. They have the latest in technology - I even had a panoramic photo done of the inside of my eye, never had that before. The staff are great and Dr. Sandhu is friendly and smart. Their hours are amazing there so there is no problem getting an appointment evenings or weekends. Very happy with my prescription.

They are wonderful.
My wife and I have been shopping at the North Gower Pharmacy for nearly two years, and we are very pleased that they opened in this area. They offer excellent advice, they will stock items that we need which are sometimes only carried by Shoppers HOME Centres, and they know each and every customer by name. Very rare in this day and age. Their prices are often quite a bit better than at Shoppers, and we always get a seniors discount - not just on Tuesday. Great Pharmacy.
