I previously had hearing aids for 5 yrs but never wore them as they never fit. Went to The Ear Company expecting to purchase new ones but they made adjustments to mine and they fit perfectly. Very impressed with the service, knowledge, professionalism and how comfortable they made me feel. Would highly recommended them.

The Cosmetic Department is terrifically helpful. They continually try and find the best, most economical product for their client. I have dealt with them for a number of years and they have never steered me wrong or had me buy anything I didn’t use entirely. All of the staff is quite willing to try something on you first before you buy it.

I’m 1997 I bought a dog from the humane society that was sick I took her to PPH and had her tested for parvovirus, she tested positive. I was advised that my dog would require treatment up to 5 days. I explained I was in between jobs, and couldn’t afford the cost. Dr. McD told me to bring her in and they would treat her for free!!! 4 daily trips to PPH.
These people care about animals and it isn’t about the money. I now take my 3 Moose, Maggie and Samantha and nothing has changed .. ❤️ Gwen

Recently we had say goodbye to our elderly dog. It was a heart crushing process. The team at HVH, accommodated our needs which is difficult due to covid restrictions. Afterwards Andrea called us to make sure our family were ok. They sent us a card with our dogs paw prints. We’ve been using Hastings Vet for 8 years. The team have always gone above and beyond. I can’t thank them enough for taking care of our family.

Awesome, helpful people at Havelock Pharmacy. My husband found himself out of town without an important medication. One phone call to Havelock Pharmacy and they phoned our pharmacy in Toronto, transferred the prescription, obtained his medical coverage info and filled his emergency supply. THANK YOU!
