The office coordinated very well with me, packing was very neatly done, care
was taken by the crew, friendly and hardworking. Loaded the truck me the next day, again a swift service.
My delivery arrived as scheduled in Vancouver. just finished unpacking and all seems to be well.

They moved at lightening speed, and got all of my apartment safely moved into my new place in under 3 hours. Many thanks to Liz who helped us coordinate our move from Stratford to Montreal. We had an unexpected surprise from the new landlords when we arrived at destination and had to suddenly look for a new place. But they were able to hold off the delivery date and were able to offer storage at their Ontario warehouse. We were happy to have this option. Final price and invoice process was great. We recently used LaPorte when moving from one home to another. The service was excellent - we used their packers for china, crystal, etc and everything arrived at our new home in perfect condition. And the moving team were outstanding - Chad and his team were the best. I moved here from across the country with United but unfortunately it took me a few weeks to find a place to live in Vancouver. In the meantime United stored my stuff.
When it was finally time to move it the last 8 km to my new place, they wanted to charge me $900! Now I was expecting some extra fees but not that much. So I decided to see if I could find someone else to move it for cheaper.
These guys were able to do for $300 on only one day notice. Amazing. They saved me a lot of money.

Jessica was so pleasant. Answered the phone before 8 in the morning. sent a text and a contract thru email right away. ( my movers bailed so it was only a weeks notice. Christian and Mario were so friendly' worked hard and fast' and very helpful. Jessica as well was very friendly. They knew what they were doing. All my furniture was very well taken care of ' wrapped' blanketed and nothing damaged. Thank you Falcon movers. Very Happy.!!

Great experience! Moved from Calgary to Victoria. No extra charges! They wrapped large awkward items in moving blankets. Brad, Jeremy, and Danny (moving crew) were AWESOME!!! Moved everything super quick, no damaged items, got our stuff out so they arrived the same day we got possession! We were super nervous about moving across country and these guys were awesome. I would recommend them to anyone. They handled everything with great care.

They moved an 100 year-old upright piano that is heavier than most for me today and did a great job. They took extra care to make sure nothing gets damaged and that the piano doesn't get bumped or jostled. They sent 3 movers for the job as the piano had to go down 9 steps from the 2nd floor and the lead mover clearly knows what he is doing. When the piano arrived at its new home, they made sure to lift it into the designated spot instead of rolling it into place in order to prevent any damage to our hardwood floor. Price is extremely reasonable. English isn't their first language but we didn't find any issues with communication. We had sent an email confirming all details as we would with any contractors and everything went smoothly. I would definitely use them again.
