Galaxy moving and storage provided excellent service from beginning to end!! No complaints!! The guys loading and unloading were very nice, efficient and cared about the items them were moving. I highly recommend them!! The office was very available and accommodating throughout the process and the cost was as expected, no surprises!!

Piano Move

Galaxy Moving did a great job moving our piano from our old house to the new in Maple Ridge. The crew was efficient and friendly and they weren't phased by the long, steep driveway. The office staff was also wonderful. I would definitely use them again.

The move went as planned. They were even able to get my couch through the narrow hallway and around a sharp corner. This was no easy task as my brother and I went through hell to get it in the apartment. Would definitely use them again.

Everyone I dealt with was very professional and courteous. The movers helped me pack and move everything into storage until I was able to move into my new place. Very happy with their service.

The two guys that came were really wonderful - very personable and kind. They worked quickly and efficiently. Very happy with the service I received!

I wish you had the option to give them a zero, these movers have got to be the worst. There is no communication, nobody replies to emails for weeks or picks up the phone. When emailing for payment confirmation and inquiries you get replies saying no worries. There are many hidden costs. I was not able to get my microwave out of storage without paying $300 charge. They love to take your money. They ask you to pay $350 cash before they take the stuff off there truck. My table came back cracked b

Excellent Move

We moved the other day with this company and thought it was the best move that we have ever had. We thought that the whole team was very friendly and professional. The best thing was that they come one day earlier than our move day and packed up all of our belongings. They have a great box renal program. They guys brought all the boxes that we order and extras just in case, packed everything up in one day. I thought this was outstanding and couldn't believe that could be done. The receptionist was spot on with the amount of guys that were needed for our move. The next day the all the guys arrived on time and started packing the trucks and moving our belongings to our new house. They all worked so hard and fast, never stopping for a break until my wife and I made them. Overall I thought everything went really well and would use this company again. Great Moving Company

I used this moving company last week and I would use them again. They did such a great job at organizing my move. My wife and I felt that everything went really smoothly. We were always informed on the costs of our move, how many guys would be working for us, how many trucks and what time they would be arriving at our house. The customer services was outstanding. We had three guys helping us move and they all worked exceptionally well. They all know what they were doing and were very pleasant/professional. I will be recommending this company

Avoid

I had the misfortune to pick Galaxy Moving to move and to store items for me, a decision I deeply regret. The issues I had with them include: • The original estimate they gave me for the first move was fine. When they turned up they announced there estimate was wrong and they would need another truck, adding over $1,000 to the bill. Obviously at this point you have no option but to say yes. Incompetence or a deliberate way to charge more, I do not know. • They broke and damaged several items, and when I tried to discuss this with them, they were evasive, then aggressive and took absolutely no responsibility for the damage they had done. • For every pick up or delivery they have ever done they have never been even close to being on time. My last delivery promised for 9-12, actually ot completed at 6.45pm I would never use them again.
