Dr. Palleck and her staff were very helpful and excellent with my daughter. I am truly thankful for the work they did, she went from never smiling to showing off her beautiful smile all of the time. There have been emergencies - Dr. Gardner and his staff had our dental issues resolved quickly and professionally. We are very pleased with "Dr. Bruce", the dental assistants, the hygienists, and the administrative staff out front who do scheduling, reminder calls and emails, and payment processing. Well done!

I was on my way to Barrie coming from London, when my car died on me. Passing by I saw The Auto Doctor and quickly turned in. I assumed it was the alternator that was the issue. When I walked inside I was greeted with great customer service and fair if not great pricing. They were on the phone ordering the part, had it shipped to the shop, and installed a brand new alternator within an hour. To be able to drop in without an appointment and have that amazing service, Id highly recommend!
