Great experience. Never have to wait for more than a couple of minutes for a scheduled appointment unlike other places where I have had to wait more than 30 minutes past appointment time.

I was thrilled to be accepted by Dr. Atta a few weeks ago. I had been with a family medical practice which had become a resident training centre. Well meaning but transient residents meant that continuity of care became a big problem. Communication problems led to missed appointments and delays. I was so impressed that Dr Atta methodically ticked all the boxes. He is experienced, thorough, explains things clearly and fully.

The staff was patient and helpful. My son had his wisdom teeth removed and was very confused, but they demonstrated a lot of patience in how they spoke with him. The only thing that could be improved upon is the option for direct billing. I know it isn’t without its challenges, but it does make accessing the service a little simpler. Just moved to St Thomas and needed a place to bring my family to the dentist. Great first experience. They made the switch from our old dental office really easy. The office seems very nice and modern. What I like is that they billed my insurance directly so I didn't have to pay for anything out of pocket. They were really good with my kids too and made it an overall pleasant experience.

I was referred to Spring Dentistry by a family friend and was not disappointed. Staff was friendly, helpful and professional. Dr. Al-Janabi was thorough when it came to getting a tooth extracted. I've had negative experiences with other dental offices but Spring did not disappoint and I will be returning to them to continue with my dental needs and I will recommend them to anyone looking for a dentist.
