Dr. Palleck and her staff were very helpful and excellent with my daughter. I am truly thankful for the work they did, she went from never smiling to showing off her beautiful smile all of the time. Dr Phoebe Bichara is an excellent Doctor. She was always ready to go the extra mile to help me with my health issues related with my T1 Diabetes.
She is what all doctors should (must) be: very caring and knowledgeable, but amazingly humble. Always taking time to listen to you.
Dr Bichara was my Endocrinologist for over 5 years until I recently moved moved.

The staff was patient and helpful. My son had his wisdom teeth removed and was very confused, but they demonstrated a lot of patience in how they spoke with him. The only thing that could be improved upon is the option for direct billing. I know it isn’t without its challenges, but it does make accessing the service a little simpler. I was on my way to Barrie coming from London, when my car died on me. Passing by I saw The Auto Doctor and quickly turned in. I assumed it was the alternator that was the issue. When I walked inside I was greeted with great customer service and fair if not great pricing. They were on the phone ordering the part, had it shipped to the shop, and installed a brand new alternator within an hour. To be able to drop in without an appointment and have that amazing service, Id highly recommend!

He is an amazing doctor and individual. I have been seeing him for 7+ years and can say he has saved my life. You don’t get better overnight. I suffer with severe PTSD, anxiety, depression and ADHD. This was not just diagnosed by him. He knows what he’s doing, has multiple degrees from many countries. He is extremely passionate about his work, caring and wants to help. If you want to be babied, find a doc that will tell you to write your beautiful on the mirror. But that won’t help you. He will.

Professional support from Dr. Wilk and his staff. High tech equipment; 3D imaging equipment and the means to produce crowns directly in the on site lab. I was amazed; I had a tooth with a large cavity where the filling had dislodged. The tooth was prepared, shaped, scanned and the crown produced and installed all in one 2 hour visit !
The cost was extremely reasonable and much lower than I expected. Dr. Wilk's knowledge and experience is exceptional.

Dr Kim Hause is not only professional but is very friendlly and ready to explain what is going on with the affliction you have with your eye sight and give options.
