Exceptional staff! I have nothing but great things to say about the staff at West Grande Prairie Dental. The front end staff are extremely helpful and good with explaining procedures/ helping book appointments in a pinch (especially Ataya). The dentists/hygienists/assistants are professional and friendly! Highly recommend!

I have been going to Envision since 2009 for regular checkups as well as all eyeglass purchases. The team has always been professional, courteous, and very knowledgeable in all aspects of my needs. My eyes have never accepted contacts however Dr. Loose remains optimistic and as new products come on the market he continues to look and see if new technology will allow me to wear them one day.

I had to switch Dental Clinics and am glad I did. I had a dental emergency, and Northern Dental Centre was able to get me in right away. Dr.Rami and the Team are very welcoming and caring. They set up the clinic to make patients comfortable. Due to my schedule constantly changing unexpectedly because of the type of work I do, I could get an option that would support my work schedule. I must admit I was very nervous when I entered their office. However the Staff is very friendly and soon put me at ease. In addition they billed the insurance company for my visit. I never had to pay a cent!
For a Dental Visit it was one of the best experiences I have ever had.
I will definitely use Dr. Chen as my Family Dentist from now on

I had Dr. Bosdet do my eye exams, to have a baseline check, when I found out I had Diabetes. He was friendly and led me through all the steps of the exam and explained Everything! He showed me the pictures of my retinas and explained how they looked perfect and what could happen in a diabetic eye. He was extremely thorough & reassuring.
I have since taken both my children to him to be sure their eyes are O.K. before starting school, and he was terrific with them too! He was quick and spoke appropriately to them at their level of understanding, while allowing me to sit in and hear the results as well.
In every encounter I was very pleased with Dr. Bosdet's expertise & professionalism.

I broke part of my tooth off a large very old amalgam filling. The clinic accommodated me immediately even tho they were busy. no pain with the freezing and they added a new filling to my existing one. The bill was reasonable. Great results and very professional! Thank you!

Staff is amazing, my first time dealing with them I was definitely not the best customer with the best attitude, but the staff stayed very professional and powered through my horrible attitude and words and still gave me amazing service, been coming back ever since and never once treated less than amazing, today I went in with destroyed glasses and they went to great lengths to get my sight back and gave me a phenomenal deal on a temporary solution, I would definitely recommend these guys
