Honest, to the point, not pushy, does not sugar coat things or try to make extra money if something is not needed.
The only recommendation is the front end office staff could be less judgemental and friendlier, but that has nothing to do with the quality of the dentist.
5 stars, will be going back.

After losing a large filling that anchors my partial plate, they got me in very quickly. The staff was excellent, polite and friendly. Dr Koles was professional, efficient, explained everything well, and was extremely kind. I would highly recommend this clinic.

They set up the clinic to make patients comfortable. Due to my schedule constantly changing unexpectedly because of the type of work I do, I could get an option that would support my work schedule. So happy I took a chance on my new Dental Centre. I recommend this Dental Centre to everyone.

I wanted to share a story...Hank(8) had his first filling the other day. I didn’t talk to him much about it before the appointment. I didn’t want him to start getting anxious about the needle. Dr Fehr and her lovely assistant( sorry, spaced her name) were so FANTASTIC with him. He felt so at ease thru the whole process. They spoke to him soft and sweet and laughed at all his jokes.?. When it was all said and done he didn’t even realize that he had had a needle to administer the freezing.
