Dr. Palleck and her staff were very helpful and excellent with my daughter. I am truly thankful for the work they did, she went from never smiling to showing off her beautiful smile all of the time. People have commented on what a huge difference her teeth are now compared to before. I would highly recommend Dr. Palleck and her team. Dr. Palleck is excellent with her patients. In fact the entire team is from the moment you walk in they are always smiling and willing to help answer any questions

My daughter had her first exam done yesterday. We were incredibly nervous due to the fact that she has Autism as well as sensory processing disorder. From the second Kari called us into the room she was amazing. Not only with the way she handled my daughter and the kindness and patience she showed her but also with how reassuring she was with me as well! She made this appointment that I was dreading for weeks turn out not half as bad as I expected. And I couldn’t be happier with our experience

I took a t440 to him that had problems (4 bleeps etc). They looked it over for free, told me the possible price, and fixed it. Also advised putting in a solid state HD which was a great idea. Im writing this a year later. They are honest, competent, friendly and professional. Answered all my qq. I will go back to them. In comparison a Westdale shop I phoned, before Dr. Dan, was so rude after I asked a couple of qq. about what they were going to do that I decided never to try the other shop.

We have found Dr. Wiesenthal to be very caring, efficient and knowledgeable. He always took the time needed to answer our questions and next steps were clearly laid out. A very attentive and reassuring doctor.

Had an awesome experience here, got looked at very quickly and today just had a tooth extracted.
everybody there was nice and was polite, Was in and out within a half hr.
I give 5 stars because I had to cancel my first app last week because of being sick and they were able to fit me in a week later. any bad reviews on this dental office could not be true, or either the customer not getting what they want as I’ve worked in customer service for 7 yrs and the customer is not always right.

I attended Brantford Mall Dental on Monday to have the root of a front tooth removed. I was very apprehensive. The staff calmed and assured me. The doctor came in and took control of the procedure. It all went well and was almost painless. My fears were calmed and Sam had to tell me the tooth was gone. Great job.

Can not say enough good things about him and his staff!!! He is nicest doctor ever as long as you are honest with him ... I was a bad client for years, now with there help, I'm 9 years clean and 6 years sober, and he supports whatever I want to do as long as I am staying healthy and happy!!! Also, this is how I got him, I had no family doctor, mine retired, Hadley saw me walking down the hall with my rheumatoid arthritis and fibromyalgia pain, said I had no Dr, and he took me on, right there!!!
