My son broke his glasses while visiting from Ontario. The friendly people at VernonOptometry did a temporary repair, and even gave him a complimentary pair of contact lenses to get us through the rest of our holidays. Awesome service, and very much appreciated!

I have been a patient at the Mt Ida Clinic for many years. I have found the staff pleasant, efficient, kind, accommodating and compassionate. Being a Walk In Clinic there is sometimes a wait but I always get care as soon as is possible. Dr Lorenz is my family Dr and I have been and am very satisfied with the excellent treatment I receive from him.
I have also occasionally seen other Dr’s at the clinic when Dr Lorenz. was unavailable and also received excellent care from each one.

I highly recommend Fresh Dental Hygiene to anyone. Joanna is not only very skilled and thorough, but she is caring and kind as well. My kids loved their visit with Joanna too, she really put them at ease. It was the best cleaning I’ve ever had and my teeth feel amazing. Her office was extremely clean and beautiful. Her manner is warm and professional. She explained everything very clearly and always asked for consent before she began a new part of the service. The entire experience was great!

Dr Loland fixed a filling for me today. Another dentist fixed my tooth poorly - dr Loland fit me into his busy schedule and fixed the tooth perfectly. He was efficient and skilled. I will be switching my whole family over to dr Loland’s office. He also did my Invisalign treatment last year and did a excellent job with that as well.

Incredible surgeon
I would highly recommend Dr Yavin
My Wife had a situation where it was originally explained to us that surgery was impossible.
He along with his colleague accomplished the impossible in a 6 hour surgery one day followed by another 6 hour surgery the following day. We will always be indebted to his professional help, during our difficult experience. He was our glimmer of hope, and his team achieved the impossible.

I had to be admitted into emergency for severe pain only to have emergency surgery performed by Dr Eeson. He told me exactly what was gong on and in perfect detail what was going to transpire. Dr. Cottle was excellent. I am not a fan of dentists but he made me feel welcome and relaxed. When he was doing the needles I hardly noticed it was done so gently. The staff are helpful and very cheerful. All in all its been a good experience foe me.
