He explained very thoroughly and taught me the correct method. Then he didn't even charge me for his time. And I had not felt rushed at all. Dr. Steinbach, his associates, and staff have provided wonderful care to my cats. They always do their best to provide me with as many options as possible, in order to keep my kitties healthy and comfortable. Dr. Maru is excellent! My first visit he automatically took the time to go over my x-rays and dental history with me. I came back to have some scarring left over from my wisdom teeth removed, I was in and out in 15 minutes, AND he called the next day to check up on me - not a receptionist, him. The level of care provided at Surrey Place Dental Group at Central City Shopping Mall is excellent! I am a very happy patient. I highly recommend for everyone here, especially Dr. Maru.

Staff and Dr.Zack are friendly, professional and organized. Yes, I’ve experienced long wait times but I don’t know why…maybe some people take more time as I noticed many people brought a second person into the room to interpret and other reasons as most patients are older. I use a wheelchair and can’t get out and I especially found everyone in the office go out of their way to accommodate my needs. He is a professional, well experienced and reduced my anxiety about my surgery. ?!!!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND. I had not been to a dentist since I was 12. I was scard for life when I was younger by dentists that clearly had no clue about what they were doing. One dentist I went to for a couple fillings, he numbed me but didnt do it properly, when he started drilling i felt EVERYTHING. Dr.Emami and Krystal at Willowbrook dental are amazing!I got a root canal and I felt ZERO...NOTHING!! I am no longer scared and am getting more work done by Dr.Emami - I have a lot to get done! Nothing felt right until we walked into Transformation Orthodontics. We felt right at home and treated in such a friendly and professional manner. We were 100% satisfied with our first and second daughter's braces. Both kids found the experience of "getting braces" very easy on them. This is the best clinic that we found, and really don't mind making the trip to Langley to bring the kids here.

A wonderul clinic! I have always been impressed with their compassion and caring, they actually take the time to get to the root of the problem. The other day I cut my finger badly and I walked in even though I saw the closed for the day sign. I didn't know where to turn, they were kind enough to help me and stitched up my finger in short order. Excellent care with a mandate to help whenever they can. Kudo's to the entire clinic, wish there was more clinic's out there like yours.

I would never go to another opthamologist, Dr.Heinrichs is very good and as busy as he is he takes time to answer and explain any questions you ask.
