My septic system was down in the middle of winter. I called Lisa at their dispatch. She had 2 people to my house within 2 hours on short notice. They showed up and had it fixed in 30 minutes. I have been going to Envision since 2009 for regular checkups as well as all eyeglass purchases. The team has always been professional, courteous, and very knowledgeable in all aspects of my needs. I had to switch Dental Clinics and am glad I did. I had a dental emergency, and Northern Dental Centre was able to get me in right away. Dr.Rami and the Team are very welcoming and caring. They set up the clinic to make patients comfortable. Due to my schedule constantly changing unexpectedly because of the type of work I do, I could get an option that would support my work schedule. We had HAE Enterprises install a new concrete toilet tank, remove stumps, add a new culvert with additional fill and gravel to our driveway at our Sturgeon Lake, Sandy Bay Cabin.
They use top notch equipment with very talented operators. At the end of the day before loading all the equipment they smoothed over all the disturbance on the gravel road in front of the cabin. It was like they were never there.
The work was done on time, good people to deal with and the price is right.

Staff is amazing, my first time dealing with them I was definitely not the best customer with the best attitude, but the staff stayed very professional and powered through my horrible attitude and words and still gave me amazing service, been coming back ever since and never once treated less than amazing, today I went in with destroyed glasses and they went to great lengths to get my sight back and gave me a phenomenal deal on a temporary solution, I would definitely recommend these guys

Rob Lavalley is excellent. Extremely good at assessing and diagnosing. Spends the time and truly cares about you. I am a nurse myself and spent 4 months recovering from a leg fracture/surgery. There were so many days when I thought I was doing poorly/was discouraged and was given motivation and encouragement to continue. Have seen for elbow, back, knee, and lower leg/ankle. Complete recovery (exceeded expectations) and can't say enough!
