My daughter loves coming here. She's so comfortable with the staff she doesn't want to have freezing ! I've never heard of such a thing. Everyone in the office is always smiling! The office is always in a clean state and smells great!! Love this office for my kids!

Just moved to St Thomas and needed a place to bring my family to the dentist. Great first experience. They made the switch from our old dental office really easy. The office seems very nice and modern. What I like is that they billed my insurance directly so I didn't have to pay for anything out of pocket. They were really good with my kids too and made it an overall pleasant experience.

Like many others I have gone to several dentists as I had some trauma as a kid and not fan of the dentist. I must say Dr. Ali is amazing and I won’t go anywhere else. Heis patient, gentle, empathetic and has a great sense of humour. Took the time to ensure I was ‘frozen’ slowly and in the least painful way possible. I felt nothing. I was referred to Spring Dentistry by a family friend and was not disappointed. Staff was friendly, helpful and professional. Dr. Al-Janabi was thorough when it came to getting a tooth extracted. I've had negative experiences with other dental offices but Spring did not disappoint and I will be returning to them to continue with my dental needs and I will recommend them to anyone looking for a dentist.

Outstanding care even for those of us who grew up with chronic fear of dentistry. I'm capable of sitting down in the chair from start to finish and specialized anaesthetic is used to avoid any heart reactions on my part. A gentle hand extending from a gentle soul. High!! recommendation!
