I'm fully aware, nobody likes insurance, but I have the opportunity to see a company respond well to someone who is unfortunate enough to need it. Great experience. I was picked up and returned from their office by a very polite, personable young gentleman. As I recall his name was Marwan.
He was also the person who signed me in. He did a great job of explaining all the extras that would be appropriate for me.
The Manager, Andrew, was also great. While I was there, I observed and heard him deal with many customers and a problem that he handled in an impressive manner, very polite and customer oriented.
I will return when I need to.

Have to agree that Mervat is the best you can get in your pharma needs. And every single one of the staff all get 5 out of 5 in my books. Been over 10 years now and I have never been less than 100% satisfied with the level of professionalism by the entire staff. They really go out of their way to help you. JC

This is the best company we have used by far. The stand behind their work and our lawn has never looked better. The staff that come out to do the work are very pleasant and helpful with my questions. I highly recommend this company.
