I have been a smoker for over 30 years and have had several frustrating and unsuccessful attempts at quitting. Finally, I decided to try hypnosis and I couldn’t be more pleased with the results. Chris recommended a specific paint for the exterior which has extended the life of the wood siding and made the cottage look brand new.
