These people do excellent dry cleaning and repairs. I asked them whether there was anything they could do to repair or replace blazer-sleeve linings that had thinned and torn. They replaced linings in both sleeves perfectly, and did a couple of very minor repairs, which I had overlooked, at no additional charge. They are very pleasant people to deal with. Lire plus

We stayed in this hotel last year and thoroughly enjoyed it. We have booked another week this year as well. It is a little tired but beautiful . A real tropical feeling in the atrium rooms that overlook the pool. Restaurant food was just ok and very over priced. Snack machines were great for off hours. Pool deck could have been monitored for cleanliness nightly, and with just a quick pick up of wet towels, and garbage as well as a quick mop would have made it so much more inviting. when the Security and desk clerk are sitting with nothing to do. But overall we loved it and would recommend it for sure. Lire plus

After the inspection all concerns were clearly communicated. John listed repairs in priority order and I appreciated that they were honest about what needed to be fixed and what could wait.
