I cannot say enough about the people at Safe Guard, Windsor! We moved to the area in March and part of our agreement was to have monitoring through Safe Guard, I was skeptical. From the first interaction, it has been amazing! Every person I have talked to is wonderful, happy, helpful and efficient. Their prices are beyond fair. We have had 3 minor service calls (2 were our fault) since installation and it's never an issue.

When I made my first appt, I told Wendy we would need months of counselling to get over the hurt and resentment me and my spouse had at each other. She assured me that with her solution-focused method we would not. It has been 6 weeks and my spouse and I are communicating and trusting each other like we never have.
