We took a lot of time looking for our 'next' vehicle. We were very surprised at how poorly we were treated in some dealerships ... but Discovery Honda in Duncan changed all that for us. They made it easy to buy a vehicle with no nonsense and no pressure. We are absolutely delighted with all the people who helped us from Red our salesman, to everyone else who participated in our purchase. Rob at RAM Electrical was, without question, the greatest experience I've had with a trade or contractor. Flipping breakers like a new homeowner dummy, I blew a circuit and wound up losing power to my whole house. Rob took my call and came over immediately, despite it being the end of his work day. He figured out the problem instantly (an error with our kitchen outlets) and went through each one to make sure everything was in working order. Power was back on and the problem fixed in less than a

Staff had to fit me with a compression sleeve for my arm..didnt hve the one needed but went searching and found a substitute. Took their time and fit me right and offered suggestions to help healing. I had heard they were good thats why I went to them and they ARE excellent, also very kind and considerate. Would recommend them to anyone

The BEST Air BnB cleaner in town!!!!
Can't say enough good things about Julia and her team. Super professional, quick and got a hard clean done with ease. They also do landscaping and Air BnB Property Management now so we'll definitely using them from now on.

I wanted to write this review as I've always had top service from Marshal Plumbing. We moved into our house over the christmass holidays and Marshal plumbing hooked up our gas stove on the same day. A week later to my pleasant surprise I received a Christmass card thanking me for my busines. This is a first class company that puts customer service first. This store has very nice clothes - very much more upscale than any other consignment or vintage store in Nanaimo. The selection of clothes, shoes and jewelry is very extensive and I have bought several items. As a regular customer, Brianna and her staff are very helpful in bringing items to my notice that they think I will like.
