I discovered Northern Protocol quite by accident 7yrs ago when I first moved to Barrie. Accidents aren't pleasant but I can assure everyone reading, discovering them certainly was. Check valve on pump found to be not working correctly thus laundry tubs not able to drain properly with pump cycling off and on. Cameron came and problem solved the issue to a satisfactory outcome. As we live in Holland landing its always nice to support the local business. We found the the business to offer efficient service, a personable and competent employee and fair pricing. One of our coworkers lost his keys to the building and it became a huge security breach. We called Royal Security at 8:45am and they came by 3pm to replace all of our 9 outside locks of the building. Considering the stress the loss of keys caused we were all able to leave work at 5:30pm knowing our premises were secure again. Thank You to the Royal staff that helped us out so fast. A few days ago, our well water system failed, apparently due to a waterlogged pressure tank. I called Pipeworks -- I'm a new customer for them. Glen said he could be out the next day at 7:30 am. He arrived exactly on time, and had the system fixed in about an hour, at a reasonable price. I'll be calling him soon for some "non-emergency" plumbing jobs. I am VERY satisifed with Pipeworks! He found that the wiring issue was only minor so he corrected it without even charging me. He even changed my bulbs for free.
