I cannot say enough good things about this florist! I was looking for a florist in Vancouver to deliver a floral arrangement for my mother on Mother's Day. I found this florist online, and was thoroughly impressed by the designs that I saw on their very helpful website, especially the Japanese designs. They were absolutely beautiful! Suzane from Granville Island Florist was just amazing. From the very first time I met her, she was incredibly thorough. She asked me so many detailed questions such as the theme, venue, my colors, my dress, shoes, hairstyle... This proved to me that she looks at the big picture and not just the flowers. My trust in her grew tremendously. She also gave me a referral for someone who didn't work out and because of that she went above and beyond her role as a florist to ensure I have a replacement for this vendor. She was super kind and a genuinely nice person to work with. My Mom has never been a fan of flowers but she absolutely loved these flowers so much so that she has still kept the bare wish tree having removed all the perished blossoms. Suzane you were truly one of the best vendors I had the pleasure of dealing with. Thank you.

This place is excellent on handling orders, I try to order some Peonies for someone special For her birthday. They tried to get them in and told me straight up that they werent good, So offer me an alternative flower Garden Roses in the colour i have ask for. They have exceeded my expectations more then i can ask for, I called late night to see if i can get a rush delivery first thing in the morning and it was successful! not to mention as well that i am from Calgary, And they are located in BC

I have used this florist a couple of times now over the past 2 years, and have found the owner to be helpful and professional. She will give you some suggestions if you are unsure of what you would like, and her prices are reasonable compared to other shops. I have purchased corsages and bouttonieres at her shop, and she has a good selection of flowers and ribbon.

Another BBY florist did not have my order done and by chance (lucky for me) I went into Metro Flowers. I needed 7 cut flower items for 6am the following morning and it was already 7pm. I watched as the florist, on the spot, put together a beautiful arrangement for another customer and wrapped up another single flower. I told her what I needed and 10 minutes later I had it; perfect!! I was so impressed I had her make me another arrangement I had not planned on. Fast, talented, courteous!

A Plus Florist (Tom) made a timely delivery of a bouquet of beautiful flowers to my wife. I was originally disappointed with an order miscommunication, as the image on the FTD website is very misleading. I contacted A Plus directly and they promptly and generously solved the issue. A real "stand-up" business and excellent flower arrangements!
I would recommend them again, but definitely call them direct and avoid the online "wire service" FTD.

The girls at la Belle Fleur flower shop are the best! Tracy and her fantastic girls go that extra mile for every customer! Friendly and Courteous, smiles and beautiful flowers from all over the world adorn this shop. they will take your order as a walk in , over the phone, from there website. need them for a wedding, graduation, or in my case a memorial service. trust me in saying that "these girls are the best"!!!!!! the flowers i receive from them usually last 2 weeks, Thanks La Belle Fleur!!

Rossie did the flowers for our wedding which was AMAZING! We went to her with an idea in mind but no examples of it at all. I told her our vision of bringing both my husband and I into the arrangement and what we dreamed of. We didn't see the arrangements until the wedding day which she exceeded expectations! The flowers were done better than we had imagined and shined our love through them!

They did the flowers for my daughters wedding . They were the most beautiful flowers I've ever seen/ They were full, fragrant, and long lasting. I then went for roses for my mother in-laws 80th birthday, they lasted 2 weeks. Excellent.

Talented young girls which are very hard working. This is a place you can come to refresh yourself with beauty and have an actual comforting conversation with. I can see them from my apartment every morning. The one small girl is always ten minutes early before the others with her big coffee and high black boots ready to get started. The flowers change with the season and last long. Same day delivery and great prices. Best place on lonsdale.

Enchanted Florist was recommended to me by my very close friend who is very picky on what she wants. And I thought well if my friend thinks this florist is the best, then it must be! Enchanted Florist did my wedding and I swear I got more compliments for the arrangements and flowers than anything else! They cooperated so easily and they made the arrangements what I visualised it as. The wedding was beautiful with their flowers! I topped everything off! I recommended this florist to all my friends and family at the wedding since every kept on complimenting on the flowers and asking me which florist I ordered from. From then on, I always got calls about how beautiful the flowers were and thanking me for recommending this florist to them. Enchanted Florist always outdoes themselves for quality, service! I now order their flowers for anything: Birthdays, Christmas, Easter, and even for just having them at home! They always make it worth your money- and even more, if I may say! The entire experience was very enjoyable, Mandy worked with me to give me exactly what I envisioned and she even worked within my budget to give me an affordable price.if price is no bar they make the most elegant arrangements I have seen, and if you are on a budget they will work harder with you to meet it than any other florist.
Mandy is always able to produce the most beautiful arrangements that can be used for days. I've been to other florists, but none of them were as personable as Mandy. You are always in great hands at Plush!! Whether you need just one arrangement for a special occasion, or if you are looking for 30 table top arrangements, this is the place to go. They have a beautiful shop located on the main strip in burnaby.
Mandy is passionate about what she does and it shows in her arrangements, is incredibly talented, and also really listened to my requests. I couldn't have been happier with the result. Not to mention the pricing was extremely reasonable. Couldn't give a higher recommendation for this store.
