You're not a 5 star dealership because you sold someone a great car that they love. You're a 5 star dealership when you sell someone a car that has issues and you immediately fix them. That's what happened to me. My Tesla has issues in the first week after I bought it. Zack told me to take it directly to Tesla to get it fixed. The repair bill was nearly $1,000 and Seven Speed paid the whole bill. Trust these guys, they have your back!

Just had my Honda Civic in for service today, I was very reluctant because I didn't know the auto body shop, but I was amazed at the total experience. They resolved the problem and did a complete inspection of the car, and they didn't suggest any suspicious repairs. The final price was very fair based upon then time spent diagnosing. The staff was very friendly, offered me coffee and conversation as I waited. I will use them in the future.

Filing taxes is not my favourite thing to do, especially since I always have to submit a payment. I was not looking forward to bringing our tax prep papers to a different business after our accountant retired. Heather at the Beamsville H & R Block was fabulous from the moment we sat down at her desk, until she had all the papers completed and in our hands 60 minutes later! Ive been here to see the physiotherapists, chiropractors, and sports doctors over the years. I get hurt a lot. They all take care of me here. Hugs all around.
Sometimes the treatments arent that effective, but that could be the case no matter where you go. The 2 or 3 physiotherapists here that have treated me have been awesome (and cute!). The chiro and sports doc that have treated me have been very knowledgeable and helpful as well.
