We had one of our fleet trucks requiring service. All locations advised me 3 weeks. Having a truck down is a huge issue for us. Tanya and Abbey we amazing ! they shuffled and found same day service for diagnostics to be done. They were friendly, helpful and so supportive.

This company and it's employees are second to none! I called to ask for price and availability on a briggs & stratton fuel pump for my ride on lawnmower. Wanted to share my experience with Chilliwack Ford sales and service department along with management. To summarize, they’re an incredible group of people who truly care and put their clients first. I am absolutely in love with my F150 but it came with a few problems. What wasn’t in Chilliwack Fords control was how the vehicle was manufactured and by bad luck with a few issues, but what was in their control was how they handled the situation so professionally and fairly. I had the perogies with cherizo and it was absolutley great. My friends all enjoyed there food (minus the soup). Would eat there again. Service was allso great.
