In 2000, we moved to Burlington. I made an inquiry at the Gardner Dental Group and soon made my first appointment. Our family grew. There have been emergencies - Dr. Gardner and his staff had our dental issues resolved quickly and professionally. We are very pleased with "Dr. Bruce", the dental assistants, the hygienists, and the administrative staff out front who do scheduling, reminder calls and emails, and payment processing. Well done!

I can’t rate Brody and Android Bodies highly enough. I go to Android Bodies every weekday unless I’m out of town, it is my home away from home and friends and family who have come to try it for a week have stayed. Considering that I look forward to going every day, the membership on a cost per use basis ends up being way cheaper than ones I used to pay for and never use.

A few years ago I had injured my lower back playing hockey. I could barely walk and after seeing my Doctor, who prescribed me pain killers and anti inflammatory meds, I was seeing no progress. I was referred to Dr.Elkin who after an initial examination which included a scan and ex-ray began my treatment. Within two weeks of treatment I was able to run again and had no set backs. I continued to see him on a regular basis and have always benefited from the treatment and conversation. I would strongly recommend his services to all .

When I downsized to a condo, I called up Estate Concierge for help. Caroline helped me sort through my belongings, to figure out what was most important to me and what I should keep.
Now I use Caroline's service Maid of All Work on occasion for home cleaning, and find it's very convenient to book with Debbie the time and day that I prefer. Even booking around vacation times is fast and easy, I just give the office a call. The gals are always on time, and respect what you want done. The workers are diligent and careful. The job is always well done. I've never had to go back and do something on my own after they've left.
Mike comes and does the windows, so even big jobs can be done, like window cleaning inside and out. For the aging population like me, this is something I really appreciate.

Part way through the week long ENDURrun 160KM stage race this past summer I started battling back spasms along with the distance. The pain was impairing my breathing and freedom of motion. After each stage, and in the one off day, Dr. Colin worked on my back to ensure I was ready for the next race day. i not only completed my fastest ENDURrun but ended it with a personal best marathon time to finish the week. I continued with a few more weeks of treatment, with both Colin and Dr. Erika the naturopath, which put an end to the spasms and let me enjoy the rest of my ultra racing season pain free.
