I started the weight loss program on April 17th 2015. Since then, I have lost 37 LBS (pounds) and am well on my way to achieving my target. It costs a bit but there's no exercise while you loose weight. It's all about maintaining your food intake and following the plan until you get to your desired goal. By that time you are really healthy and wouldn't want to eat junk food as much since the taste is different. Your body will slowly adjust to the good nutritious food.

The patient care provided by Breakthrough is specific to my 8 year old daughter's needs, and not one size fits all. She has autism and ADHD, speech delays, and cognitive delays. The neurofeedback program designed by Dr. Oh and the clinical counselling provided by Caterina, RCC, have helped my daughter improve in awareness and attention to others. I signed up with Dynamic Health and Fitness couple months ago - on the beginning of this year and so far it’s excellent experience. The place is very well run , clean with lots of equipment and I really look forward to visit each time I train there. Staff is always kind and helpful. I took Hatha Yoga class the other day with some other people and this was great experience as well.
I strongly recommend the place.

Dr. Maru is excellent! My first visit he automatically took the time to go over my x-rays and dental history with me. I came back to have some scarring left over from my wisdom teeth removed, I was in and out in 15 minutes, AND he called the next day to check up on me - not a receptionist, him. The level of care provided at Surrey Place Dental Group at Central City Shopping Mall is excellent! I am a very happy patient. I highly recommend for everyone here, especially Dr. Maru.

I got a quote from Dysco over the net. When I got there my one ton truck was ready to roll. I asked them if I could use my road star insurance from ICBC for the rental truck and they said yes. paper work was fast and topped up with helpful and friendly staff. I will use Dysco truck rental again when I need one.
