I had the pleasure of dealing with Pulse Motors and owner Mr. Gurgi in August 2017. I found everything about the experience absolutely top notch. The BMW I purchased is an excellent vehicle , the transaction was quick and easy, all details were taken care of and the price was outstanding. My husband and I are from Georgia , our 2015 Impala engine light came on and of course we panicked being here in Canada. We went to the dealer on Upper James and was truly impressed at the fast service and the incredibly knowledgeable wonderful woman at the desk. She gave us directions to places to eat nearby while the car was being serviced asking if we needed a shuttle, also offered us coffee or tea . My husband asked questions which she quickly responded with kindness and actual concern. ty
