My hubby took my truck in for an oil change, a few weeks later I noticed a smoking smell so I checked the oil and must have been on a hill and added more oil, a few days later my hubby checked my oil again and again it was low so he added more THEN after checking again, my truck had too much oil. Took it back to Lube City and the team there fixed it free of charge...AmAzInG Team AmAzInG Service!!! Go Team Lube City Beaumont!!! -

These guys were awesome! Outstanding service, my oil wasn't dirty enough and try showed me and said they would feel terrible changing my oil then. And they even filled up my windshield washer fluid. Would give 10/10 stars if I could!

Hi Everyone,
I have been going to Lube City for a couple of years now. The service i receive from Lube City is excellent. What I really like the most is that they vacuum my car. That is something I never experienced from the other lube places. I also know some of the management very well (and one of them is part of our pub group) so I get a bit of insights into their business practices. They started out of Edmonton in the 90s with only a couple of shops and grew pretty fast to a large business

AT THE PRICE OF AN OIL CHANGE, I CANNOT SEE WHY THEY WOULD NOT FILL UP YOUR WASHER FLUID AND MAYBE BRING THE CUSTOMER BACK AGAIN. NOW I WILL CONTINUE WITH MY DEALERSHIP WHERE ALL FLUIDS ARE TOPPED OFF

I’ve been going to Jiffy Lube for oil changes since I’ve been driving (over 10 years) and have always had great experiences. The staff always go above and beyond. Today I went in to get my tail lights replaced and the guy that helped me came out to my vehicle and changed it while I waited outside of the shop, when I was going to grab my wallet he said “Because it’s Friday, it’s on me, have a great weekend” and walked away. Made my week! Thank you for your generosity! Highly recommended.
